As a company we reward our staff well and encourage growth and opportunities within all our settings. When we undertake recruitment we carefully consider the needs of the nursery to ensure we maintain a balance of skills, qualifications, experience and specialisms.
We have recently used external organisations such as Learning Through Landscapes and National Deaf Children’s Society to enhance and support staff’s learning and professional development.

All our staff possess either an Early Years Level 3 qualification or equivalent and we employ four Early Years Professionals who each hold a Level 6 qualification. All our staff are required to hold current certificates in Paediatric First Aid, Food Hygiene and Safeguarding and will be encouraged to take up training that is relevant to their own professional development as well as the needs of the nursery.
